What is Psychic Protection and Cleansing

Psychic Protection & Cleansing are something I consider very important.

• Psychic Protection is simply protecting yourself from negative energy.

• Psychic Cleansing is simply cleaning away negative energies.

I'm sure all of you at some point have experienced someone's negative energy.Haven't you ever walked into a room where 2 people were, and felt just an awful, uneasy feeling? Later you find out that the people had an argument, just before you walked in the room. There ya go, you just felt their left over negative energy, and probably the negative emotions they were still feeling about the battle they just had.

Let's face it, life is hard enough on it's own. We really don't need the negative effects of others. If you can protect yourself from it, why not? If you can cleanse away your negative feelings and negative influences, why not?

I will go into more detail about Cleansing and Protecting yourself in another post. I'd like to keep it simple and easy to understand how to do both. They are both important! Important if you want to start connecting to the Spirit world, and important for your everyday life.
